I found Orla's cd a great help. What with a teething 1 year old and a new baby on the way, stress levels are high and not only did I find her voice soothing and calming for my son but it really relaxed me also. Bed time is very chilled out and relaxing now as we have made a ritual of listening to Lullaby Time with bottle and cuddles. Its precious, thanks to Orla!
